The Role
Athena is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic creative director to help shape and lead the visual and conceptual direction of the brand. In this role, you’ll guide a large team, and ensure consistency across all brand and creative touchpoints.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets, campaigns and user experiences that drive engagement and support business objectives. The ideal candidate is someone who is deeply motivated at the thought of building from the ground up and willing to take a proactive, hands-on approach.

What You’ll Do
Build and grow a world-class creative team
Build and grow a best-in-class internal creative team of designers, videographers, strategists, copywriters and program managers.
Work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, recruitment and operations teams to deliver on initiatives and campaigns that align with key business objectives.
Create a culture that thrives on collaboration, impact and continuous improvement—and lead by example.
Remain flexible and adjust creative direction based on changing business needs and client feedback. Ensure the team is adept at balancing urgency with high-quality output.
Lead the creative vision and execution for Athena
Define and oversee the creative direction for all marketing materials, website design, product UI, and brand assets. Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging and visuals that resonate with our target audiences.
Ensure all creative materials are high quality and consistent, from visual design to tone and copy. Act as both the guardian and outspoken champion of the brand’s look, feel, and voice across all channels.
Take a holistic approach to design, ensuring every creative decision aligns with the brand strategy, anticipating future needs, while maintaining consistency and fostering innovation across all touchpoints.
A proven track record of successfully leading and executing innovative, high-impact campaigns that elevate brands, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results.
